Your Membership

Your $297/month does two things: it keeps you active in our Mastery Academy coaching community, and when paired with your Certified Probate Expert (CPE) designation, it unlocks referrals from our sister company, Estate Aid Network.

 Don't have your CPE yet?
Start by completing Probate Mastery (our free course) and attending your Tuesday role play sessions each week. Once Probate Mastery is complete, you can hold your CPE designation for a one-time payment of $397 - OR - maintaining membership in this program for 6 months.

Already have your CPE?
You're all set. Your designation is lifetime, no annual fee required. Referrals will begin flowing to you automatically once your referral agreement is signed.

 

Weekly Sessions

As a Tier 2 member you're invited to up to 2 live script training / role play sessions per week, held on Tuesdays. 

Register once for each session you want to attend:

After registering, add each session to your calendar. All sessions are recorded and added to a library you'll get access to after your first session.

How Referrals Work

Estate Aid Network generates leads through a national vendor network, content marketing, and direct outreach to probate records — offering conversations, resource packages, property evaluations, and purchase offers to inherited property owners.

When those conversations are ready, they're handed off to members in our referral network. If more than one member is in your market, leads rotate on a round robin basis. Note, Tier 3 members receive a slightly higher weight of conversation and appointment handoffs than Tier 2 members, but you can expect conversation handoffs frequently.

Referral fees:

  • 20% — conversations where selling real estate was not expressly stated
  • 25% — conversations or appointments where selling was clearly the need
  • 1.5% of purchase price — investor marketing fee (paid upon completion of a purchase or wholesale transaction)

Before referrals begin in your market, a referral agreement must be signed by all parties. The referral agency for Probate Mastery and Estate Aid Network is Elite Realty Holdings, LLC.

 

Very Important: In order to keep pricing for such an intensive program as low as this, we negotiated a special rate on the probate records and data we will be marketing to and prospecting. That rate does not allow us to resell or grant member access to our lead lists. However, we were able to pass through our same rate to members of this program. If you would like to get your own probate lead lists for marketing and prospecting, you can get your leads for as low as $1. Speak with your sales rep or email support@probatemastery.com for your market price.
